This document outlines the methodology, scope of competence, and information protection standards of the T-Field Advisory expert bureau. This protocol is not a public offer; it defines the rules of interaction between the Project Administration and the potential Client during the preliminary design stage.
Methodology & Scope of Services
T-Field Advisory implements a high-level engineering approach to the design and optimization of precision shooting ecosystems. Our consultancy focuses on three primary operational nodes:
  • Hardware Audit: Independent expert assessment of current equipment configurations, verification of technical system parameters, and integration strategies for maximum precision.
  • System Operator Calibration: Consultancy on optimizing biomechanical processes and enhancing psychophysiological stability when engaging with the shooting platform under various conditions.
  • Operational Design: Strategic planning of field scenarios, location analytics, and operational risk management to ensure a seamless experience and the achievement of defined objectives.
Legal Boundaries & Licensing
T-Field Advisory operates strictly as an expert consultancy. We comply with the laws of the Republic of Belarus and international regulations:
  • Technical Maintenance: We do not perform repairs, modifications, or structural changes to civil firearms (in accordance with Decree No. 450). All physical interventions must be executed by the Client independently at licensed service centers based on our technical recommendations.
  • Expedition Management: T-Field Advisory is not a travel agency or tour operator. We provide logistical design and strategic analysis. Direct contracts for hunting or tourism services are concluded by the Client directly with the respective landholders or licensed providers.
  • Liability: The Client confirms possession of all necessary legal permits for firearm ownership and assumes full responsibility for their use.
Confidentiality Protocol (Operational Silence)
Information protection is our priority. We uphold the principle of "Operational Silence":
  • Personal Data: Processing of data from the Technical Brief is conducted in accordance with Law No. 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data" (Republic of Belarus). Data is used solely for the purpose of initial case analysis.
  • Discretion: We do not disclose details of your equipment configurations or expedition routes to third parties.
  • Anonymity: Interaction during the briefing and initial consultation stages remains strictly confidential for both parties.
Initiation of Engagement
This protocol is preliminary and serves as a foundation for future cooperation:
  • Phase Zero: Submission of the Technical Brief by the Client.
  • Consultation: Discussion of the solution architecture.
  • Formal Agreement: Upon the decision to proceed with a long-term partnership, a personal bilateral contract is signed.
